Helping you overcome feeling like you have to perform for others so you can be who you want to be.
About
You may have never tried therapy before, or have tried several times. Either way, it can feel a little intimidating. It takes courage to accept that something has to change and to ask for help. So often we try living into others' ideas of who we are, but that just does not seem to fit. But, you can be who you are meant to be and live the life you desire. I would love to walk with you through this journey and help you reach your goals.

So I want help, what do I do?
Taking that first step to seek support is brave. Give me a call and we will chat about what is going on right now that is keeping you from living the life you want. I typically meet with clients weekly to address goals we determine from the first session. I specialize in working with women who are stuck in the same old patterns that are just not working anymore. Sometimes this is due to an overwhelming or stressful incident that just keeps you stuck with anxiety and acting out of fear. Sometimes it is due to ongoing relational struggles that prevent us from being who we want to be. Do you find yourself repeating the same old behaviors that are actually pushing people away instead of keeping relationships strong? Breaking that cycle is tough and sometimes we need a little help to do it.
